Registered Dietician/Nutritionist

Whether you’re seeking assistance with sports nutrition, a healthier relationship with food, digestive problems or general health, Olivia will collaborate with you to implement individualized, well-researched and sustainable behaviour changes that align with your lifestyle.

Olivia is a weight-neutral dietitian as well as an anti-diet dietitian. She uses an intuitive eating approach which teaches you to listen to your body’s signals and needs in order to maintain a healthy relationship with food and your body.
 
Holding a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dietetics from McGill University, Olivia is part of the ODNQ (Ordre des Nutritionnistes et Diététistes de Québec).
