HOW IT WORKS

Start with the foundation

​You’ll begin with two private one-on-one training sessions, where a certified trainer will develop a tailored program specific to your objectives.

Transition to a focused, semi-private setting

From there, you'll transition to our semi-private sessions, where you’ll continue to receive individualized coaching while training alongside other dedicated individuals. This supportive environment enhances motivation and keeps you engaged as you build confidence and strength—an offering unique to our studio.

OUR APPROACH

Assessment & Private Training

We start with an assessment of your mobility, strength and overall fitness in order to identify opportunities to grow stronger. This is a movement-based session that will allow you to get a workout in, while already starting to work towards your personal goals.

Private Training

This is where you'll be introduced to the first day of programming. We take everything we learned from your assessment—your mobility, strength, and overall fitness level—and combine it with your personal goals and objectives.

Semi-Private Training

Now that you’ve been introduced to your programming, you’re ready to start semi-private training. In these sessions, you’ll benefit from the energy and motivation of training alongside up to two other clients, while still receiving personalized coaching. It’s the perfect blend of individual attention in a supportive environment.
