Training Services

Semi-private training

Individualized workouts with a maximum of three clients per session. It's the perfect blend of personalized attention and cost-effectiveness, allowing you to maximize your training without breaking the bank.

One-on-one private training 
Our dedicated trainer will be your unwavering support, ensuring you receive the unmatched individual attention you seek.

Small group training (coming soon)

Progress through a 4-week full-body workout program with a small group of up to 6 people. Gain motivation from a group setting while receiving attentive coaching.

Head Trainer and Founder of REP Training Studio​


With certifications from NASM, CFSC, FIT, Corrective Conditioning, and experience in group exercise, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to her studio.

Michelle believes in the power of movement to help you feel strong in your own body and mind. Focusing on strength and conditioning for long-term health, she tailors every workout program to match your goals and individual needs. Driven by her dedication to helping you achieve peak performance and feel your absolute best, she is committed to supporting you every step of the way.
